Architectural Improvements:

The Application below must be completed entirely prior to any changes or improvements upon your property. The application must include attachments such as landscaping plans with drawings and specifications, location of changes, measurements & topography changes, materials, harmony of design, colors, sketches of fencing, walkways, walls, pools, decks, patios, flagpoles, etc.  Any project that will change the appearance of the exterior of your property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before any work commences.

ALL requests must be submitted via the website or emailed. (Paper applications available upon request.) Verbal requests will not be considered.  DO NOT begin a project until you have received written approval from the committee.

All homeowner requests will be discussed by ALL Committee Members, within 2-3 business days and the Committee will respond to the homeowner within 3-5 business days after having met. No approvals shall be given without consultation of all Committee Members.

Site visits may be required by committee member(s) before approval.

If after committee review and discussion, the decision is not unanimous, then majority will rule, two (2) out of the three (3) members being in agreement. If there is strong dissent by any Committee Member, even if that member is in the minority, the approval will be delayed until the issue can be brought before the HOA Board of Directors for final discussion and final decision. The HOA Board of Directors has final authority over any issue that has been strongly dissented against.

Of utmost importance, Missouri State Law requires that any person making or beginning any excavation must notify the Missouri One Call System at least three (3), but not more than ten (10) working days prior to beginning excavation. Call 1-800-DIG-RITE (344-7483) or 811.  The utilities will be marked and you will be given a nine-digit reference number and your yard will be flagged.
